Southern Estates Assisted Living is a locally owned and operated senior living facility established in August 1998. It serves as a safe place for seniors to receive the care they need while maintaining a life of wellbeing and fulfilling independence.
Services
Southern Estates Assisted Living is an all-inclusive facility, meaning all of the attention your loved one requires is no extra cost. Each resident receives daily care to maintain the highest standard of living. Assistance with bathing and dressing, medical and nursing attention, and more is given on an as-needed or daily basis.
Our homey suites offer everything for residents to feel at home. Each room has central heat and air for comfort, cable, and a personal mini-fridge. Our staff also provides consistent laundry and housekeeping services to ensure every resident’s living space is safe and clean at all times, so their home feels like a home.
Outside of the suites, residents receive three well-balanced, home-cooked meals on a day-to-day basis. A variety of weekly events, including bingo night, live music, worship groups, holiday parties, and of course, birthday celebrations, keep our residents busy and entertained!
Our Staff
A love for meeting new residents and their families, hearing their life stories and lessons inspires our staff to provide the best care possible. Between our professional caretakers, nurses, food and wait staff, and owners, the Dawson Family, we all work together to make Southern Estates Assisted Living a safe, comforting environment to call home. This level of dedication is recognized throughout Jackson County and has earned us the “Best of the Best Award” for assisted living for the past five years.
